Order Tracking

Order Cancellation and Refund Policy
Before Assigned a.Courier: If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, a full refund will be credited to your Adorac wallet.
After Assigned a.Courier: For cancellations requested after dispatch, a convenience fee of ₹99 will be charged. The remaining amount will be credited to your Adorac wallet within 48-72 business hours.
Failed Deliveries
In case of failed delivery due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, our team will attempt re-delivery up to 2 times or provide assistance to resolve the issue. Additional charges of ₹149 may apply, and the remaining amount will be credited to an Adorac Wallet in the next .48-72 business hours.
